Accessing Construction Readiness Analytics

For your assessment data to be included in the Analytics reports, it is important to make sure that your assessments are published to the portfolio. 

Another important practice is to review your assessments and exclude any assessments you do not wish to include in your analysis. To do this, click on the drop-down beside the specific assessment and select Exclude from Analytics.

To access Construction Readiness Analytics, click the Analytics dropdown and select Construction Readiness.

There are five tabs within the Construction Readiness Analytics view: 
Tab
Purpose
Summary
Calculate your average Readiness % by project status for the selected template and advanced criteria.  This is compared to the CII industry recommended target of 85% readiness.
Control Chart
Monitor Construction Readiness process variation over time.  Your average Readiness %, upper and lower control limit are calculated for the selected template, project status and advanced criteria.
Project
Review the Construction Readiness performance of each project in rank order based on selected template, project status and advanced criteria.  Your CRA score range colours are applied in this chart.
Category
Calculate your average Category Readiness % for the selected template, project status and advanced criteria.
Factor
Identify your most import missing factors (opportunities for improvement) for the selected template, project status and advanced criteria.  Use the factor drill-down capability to further analyze the comments and action items captured for each assessment where the missing factor was identified.

Advanced Criteria

At the top of each Analytics section, there is a gray box with various filtering options. Each section allows users to specify the Template Type (i.e., Construction Readiness or Construction Readiness - Smaller Projects).

Additional filters will appear based on the report being viewed. You can further filter projects based on Advanced Criteria by expanding the dropdown Show Advanced Criteria.

The filters determine which projects and assessments will be included in the data displayed on the Analytics chart. By default, all published assessments of the selected Template Type are included. Individual assessments can be excluded from analysis via the Project Dashboard view.
