Accessing PDRI Analytics

Accessing PDRI Analytics

For your assessment data to be included in the Analytics reports, it is important to make sure that your assessments are published to the portfolio.
Another important practice is to review your assessments and exclude any assessments you do not wish to include in your analysis. To do this, click on the drop-down beside the specific assessment and select “Exclude from Analytics".
Exclude assessments from Analytics

To access PDRI Analytics, click the Analytics dropdown and select PDRI Analytics.

Advanced Criteria

At the top of each Analytics section, there is a gray box with various filtering options. Each section allows users to specify the Template Type. If the Template Type "PDRI - Industrial" is selected, PDRI Industrial 3.8, PDRI Industrial 4.0, and PDRI MATRS 5.0 projects will be shown.

Additional filters will appear based on the report being viewed. You can further filter projects based on Advanced Criteria by expanding the dropdown “Show Advanced Criteria”.

The filters determine which projects and assessments will be included in the data displayed on the Analytics chart. By default, all published assessments of the selected Template Type are included. Individual assessments can be excluded from analysis via the Project Dashboard view.
Analytics Dashboard and Advanced Filter options vary by template type.
