Activate/Inactivate Templates

Activate/Inactivate Templates

Some templates have multiple versions. However, it is recommended that organizations only activate applicable templates and inactivate older template versions to minimize confusion and promote greater consistency during assessment sessions.

To activate or inactivate templates:
  1. From the Admin tab, select Templates. This page shows a list of all supported templates for the company.
  2. Click on the down arrow to the right of a template.
  3. Click Activate or Inactivate.
