What is Carve Hybrid Intelligence?

Carve Hybrid Intelligence integrates Human Intelligence with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deliver deeper insights from project assurance assessments. Its purpose is to bridge the gap between detailed technical analysis and strategic executive decision-making. By building on proven methodologies such as PDRI, Carve Hybrid Intelligence elevates assessments into clear, decision-ready outputs for leadership.

This approach combines the expertise of project assurance professionals, the latest industry benchmarks, and the power of a large language model (LLM). The result is a fast, reliable, and accessible way to analyze and present assessment data with precision and clarity.

How Does This Feature Work?

When Insights are generated, Carve Hybrid Intelligence applies its three-part framework to transform assessment data into clear, executive-ready outputs.

  • Expert Logic automatically analyzes results to surface the most critical issues and opportunities, ensuring leaders focus on what truly matters.

  • Benchmarking compares assessment data against Valency’s industry database to detect outliers, trends, and deviations from expected performance.

  • AI-Powered Summarization converts complex technical findings into concise narratives, supported by intuitive graphs and visualizations.

Each generated insight includes a graph and AI summary that highlights key deviations from industry averages. From these insights, Carve can instantly produce a professional Executive Summary Report, a decision-ready document that distills all key findings from the assessment into clear, actionable intelligence.

By uniting expert-driven analysis, benchmarking, and advanced AI, Carve Hybrid Intelligence closes the gap between detailed project assurance data and the clarity executives need to make confident, informed decisions.

Responsible AI Usage

As the world adapts and evolves around Artificial Intelligence, Valency is dedicated to safeguarding data and keeping AI usage transparent in accordance with Canadian, EU and American guidelines and standards. Wherever AI is used, an 'AI summary' denotation is shown so that it is clear what text is generated by AI. When an AI generated summary is edited by a Carve user, an '(Edited)'  tag is added to the insight. Valency's Hybrid Intelligence approach fosters the importance of a 'Human-in-the-Loop' approach to AI, and encourages that any item generated in the Insights tab should be human-reviewed before it is included in a Summary Report.
