Copy Action Items from Previous Assessment
Facilitators can update the status of action items and copy action items from a previous assessment to a new assessment (e.g. from Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI)-2 to a PDRI-3 assessment or from Construction Readiness Assessment (CRA) conducted at 60% Design Complete to an assessment conducted at 90% Design Complete).
Action Items can only be copied between assessments of the same assessment type within the same project. For example, action items cannot be transferred from a PDRI to a Commissioning & Startup Readiness (CSU) Assessment.
When creating a new assessment, users will see the option to Copy the Action Items from the last PDRI/CRA/CSU for this project. By default, this will be checked.
By clicking Create, a new assessment is created with the Action Items tab populated with the previous assessment’s action items. From this view, the Project Manager can update the status of action items and reorder action items as appropriate.
