Create a Construction Readiness Assessment

If a new project is being created, the user will be prompted to create the assessment at the same time. Refer to the Create a Project article.

If the project already exists,
  1. From the Carve Projects dashboard, click on the project name
  2. Click Create Assessment
Create Assessment from Existing Project (CRA)

      3. A new pop-up will appear to create an assessment
    1. Select Assessment Type: Construction Readiness
    2. Select the Template
    3. Select the Assessment Date
    4. Optional: Enter the Facilitator's Name (select from list of Carve facilitator users. Depending on the assigned restrictions, Facilitators can only view/edit assessments to which they are assigned).
    5. Optional: Enter the Project Manager's Name (select from list of Carve Project Manager users or type in the appropriate name. Depending on the assigned restrictions, Project Managers can only view assessments to which they are assigned).
    6. If a previous Construction Readiness Assessment has already been conducted for this project, select whether you would like to carry forward the attendees and/or action items from the most recent Construction Readiness Assessment.
      4. Click Create. This will open the new assessment.
