Editing Assessment Template Categories and Factors

Editing Assessment Template Categories and Factors 

Access Template Categories and Factors 

To access categories and factors within a template: 
  1. Navigate to Admin Tab > Templates Page 
  2. Select the desired template name 
  3. Select the desired assessment name within the template 
  4. Select a category to view its associated factors 

Edit a Category 

  1. Select the drop-down menu beside the category name
  2. Select Edit 
  3. Update the category name and/or description 
  4. Click Save 

Exclude a Category 

  1. Select the drop-down menu beside the category name 
  2. Select Exclude

Note: Excluded categories are not included in new assessments created using the template. 



Edit a Factor 

  1. Select the category containing the factor 
  2. Select the drop-down menu beside the factor name 
  3. Select Edit 
  4. Update the factor name and/or description
  5. Click Save

Exclude a Factor 

  1. Select the category containing the factor 
  2. Select the drop-down menu beside the factor name 
  3. Select Exclude

Note: Excluded factors are not included in new assessments created using the template.

Note: When a template, category, or factor has been modified, a pencil icon is displayed beside the item to indicate that changes have been made. 

Reset Changes 

To restore the original name and description for a modified template, category, or factor:
  1. Open the Edit dialogue
  2. Select Reset
The original values will be restored.
