Average PDRI Element Scores
Average Element Score
The Element tab displays the Average Element Score for the selected Template Type and PDRI Stage. Users can view the top 5, top 10 or all element scores within the assessment.
Depending on the Template Type selected, users may have the option to select:
- All PDRI Elements
- Maturity Elements (PDRI MATRS Industrial V5.0 template)
- Accuracy Elements (PDRI MATRS Industrial V5.0, PDRI Buildings V4.1, PDRI Infrastructure V4.1, PDRI Manufacturing & Life Sciences V1.1 templates)
Elements are the lowest level of the PDRI assessment of which the project team scores on a likert scale from 1 (complete definition) to 5 (incomplete or poor definition).
Reviewing the top 5 or 10 low definition elements can be helpful in pinpointing specific tasks where there may be opportunities for improvement in your Front End Planning processes.
The “All” option under Count can be used to generate:
- Average score of all elements in a template for a given criterion.
- Average score of all elements in a section or category, as shown in the example below for Section I.
Low Definition Elements Drill Down
Clicking on the element label in the Y axis of the bar graph will take you to the Low Definition Elements Drill Down allowing you to review comments and action items which can provide valuable insight into potential process or resource gaps.
