Export Assessment Data by Template

Company Admin users can export their assessments in .csv format on a template by template basis from the Templates tab.

To export assessment data:
  1. From the Admin tab, select Templates.
  2. Click the down arrow on the applicable template.
  3. Select Export Assessments Data.
Templates must be enabled before exporting assessment data.

The exported data has the following columns:
  1. Carve Company Id
  2. Carve Project Id - A unique identifier for Projects within a company
  3. Project Id - The Project Id entered in Project settings
  4. Project Name
  5. Portfolio Name
  6. Template Name
  7. Gate Name
  8. Assessment Id
  9. Assessment Date
  10. Assessment Status
  11. Total Raw Score
  12. Maximum Score
  13. Total Normalized Score
  14. Next 'n' columns are named after each section, representing the score obtained for that section (including Accuracy, if applicable)
  15. Next 'n' columns are named after each category, representing the score obtained for that category
  16. Next 'n' columns are named after each element, with the addition of the suffix '- Level', representing the level scored for that element. Elements that are not scored have the value 'unanswered'
  17. Next 'n' columns are named after each element, with the addition of the suffix '- Value', representing the corresponding score for the level set for that element. Elements that are not scored have the value 'unanswered'
