Export PDRI Assessment Element Details
To support due diligence efforts, PDRI Assessment elements are often referenced in project documentation. To facilitate this process, users can export element details from the assessment summary view. This export includes the following columns:
- Element Name - Name of the element (Custom name if set in Template settings)
- Level - Element level entered (Note: This field will be blank if the element is excluded from the Assessment)
- Score - The value that the element contributes to the total PDRI score, when set to the selected level
- Company Avg - The average score for the element at the selected Project Gate and Template Type throughout the company
- Action Items - The number of Action Items associated with the element
- Comments - Comments entered for this element (Note: Comment will be 'Excluded' if the element is excluded from the Assessment)
This export is downloaded as a CSV file, following the naming convention: '*name of project* - PDRI *selected gate number* Element Details.csv'
There are two options for Exporting Element Details:
Option 1: Summary Tab (View Mode)
Click on the PDRI text to enter the Assessment in View Mode .

Click Export Element Details at the bottom right of the Summary screen.

Option 2: Summary Tab (Prepare Mode)
From the Project Dashboard, select your project and click Prepare to enter the Assessment in Prepare Mode.

From the Summary tab, select Export Factor Details.
