Overall Readiness by CRA Category

Category by Readiness %

The Construction Readiness Assessment is divided into 15 categories and within each category there are multiple factors that are answered “Yes”, “No”, or “Not Applicable” by the project team during the assessment.

Each category is scored as a percentage with the goal being a score of 85% or higher per CII recommendation.

Some examples of categories within the assessment include:
  1. Engineering
  2. Planning
  3. Tools & Equipment
  4. Change Management
  5. Procurement & Materials Management
The radar chart allows you to quickly see at a glance which areas are not performing as expected providing you with a starting point for further investigation.
