Print Assessments

Assessments can be printed from the Carve Project Dashboard or from the Summary Tab within an assessment.

  1. From the Carve Project Dashboard, select the name of the Project with the assessment to be printed.
  2. Identify the correct assessment.
  3. Click the down arrow to the right of the assessment.
  4. Select Print.
    1. If the assessment isn’t published, Carve will display a prompt asking if the assessment should be published to the portfolio. Selecting Okay will publish the assessment and the PDF will download. Selecting Cancel will not publish the assessment and the PDF will download.

  1. For PDRI assessments, choose to sort the Low Scoring section of the report by Score or by Element/Factor Order.

      5. The downloaded file can be opened using a PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader or Internet Browser.
The PDF will indicate the project name, Client/Organization name, Project Manager, Facilitator and Assessment Date automatically on the cover page and Project Name and Gate in the footer of each page.
The same Assessment Summary Report can be downloaded from the Summary tab within the assessment. Select Print on the Summary tab to download the PDF report.

The new PDF report contains project details (project gate/status, project manager and facilitator name, assessment date), an executive summary, action items captured during the project assessment, and a summary of gaps (Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI)) / missing factors (Construction Readiness Assessment (CRA) and Commissioning & Startup Readiness (CSU)).
