Print/Share Element Descriptions (Facilitation Package) as a PDF

Prior to facilitating an assessment session, it is valuable for attendees to read the element descriptions associated with the template being used. In Carve, Admin users can create a PDF Facilitation Package which contains all of the elements/factors that will be reviewed in the assessment session. This PDF can be easily distributed to all attendees as an email attachment or as a printed copy.

There are 2 different locations that the PDF Facilitation Package can be downloaded from:

From the Admin Tab:

1. From the Admin tab, select Templates.
2. Click the down arrow on the template being used in the assessment.
3. Select Print.

Elements that were excluded in the template will be marked as Not Applicable and their descriptions will not be shown in the PDF document.

Print the Facilitation Package

From the Assessment Details Page:

1. From within an assessment, select the details tab
   
2. At the bottom of the Assessment Details, select "Download Facilitation Package"
   

 Download Facilitation Package Button is only available to Admin and Facilitator Users

For Commissioning & Operational Readiness templates, the facilitation package contains the factor questions only.
