Projects by PDRI Score
The Projects by PDRI Score chart is accessed by clicking on the Project tab within the PDRI Analytics section. This chart illustrates how projects are performing in relation to industry benchmarks and other projects of this type.
Projects by PDRI Score
PDRI assessments have a recommended score range based on the stage the assessment was conducted. Higher scores generally indicate a higher level of risk. This can be a leading indicator of project outcomes.
This chart indicates which projects are at risk based on their PDRI score at a given stage and gives an overall view of performance in comparison to similar projects at the same stage. Clicking on the project name allows users to drill down into the assessment details for further analysis.
This view can also be filtered to identify trends based on portfolio, project manager, client, project type, location, etc.
This chart can also be accessed by clicking on a PDRI stage (PDRI 1, PDRI 2, PDRI 3) on the Y-axis of the “Average PDRI Score by Stage” from the “Summary” tab.
Projects by Maturity & Accuracy Score
If the Template Type "PDRI - Industrial" is selected, the option to view the Maturity & Accuracy score will be available.
Projects by Maturity & Accuracy Score
Industrial projects have an additional set of scoring indicators that illustrate the level of maturity in Front End Engineering Design (FEED). This chart plots each assessment for the selected PDRI Template and PDRI Stage on the chart based on their Maturity & Accuracy score and can help do determine whether an organization is providing sufficient time and resources to define engineering documents, outputs and deliverables.
The user can place their cursor over the number on the graph to view the project and the associated Maturity & Accuracy score.
- Maturity score: There are 46 factors that indicate the level of maturity during FEED (Front End Engineering Design). A higher maturity score indicates better scope definition. The target maturity score at the end of Detailed Scope (PDRI 3) is 80% or higher.
- Accuracy Score: The 27 factors that contribute to the Accuracy score which measure how the work gets done – the people, teams, processes and resources that contribute to a mature FEED. The target score at the end of Detailed Scope (PDRI 3) is 76%.
Below the chart, a table displaying each project and its associated Maturity and Accuracy score is listed.
The user can click on the project name to drill down into the assessment details.
Projects by Accuracy Score
If a Template Type with one of the following templates is selected, the option to view the “Projects by Accuracy Score” chart will be available.
- PDRI Building V4.1
- PDRI Infrastructure V4.1
- PDRI for Manufacturing & Life Sciences V1.1
Projects by Accuracy Score
The Accuracy section is a fourth section that appears on these assessment templates listed above. The 27 factors that contribute to the Accuracy score measure how the work gets done – the people, teams, processes and resources that contribute to a mature scope. The target score at the end of Detailed Scope (PDRI 3) is 76%.
This graph quickly identifies how your project leadership, execution team, processes and resources are performing in relation to each project of this type and the industry benchmark score of 76%.
