Publish Assessments

Once a project team has completed a Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI), Construction Readiness Assessment (CRA), or Commissioning & Operational Readiness (COR) review, they can choose to publish the Assessment to a Portfolio. This allows for comparison between similar projects and helps generate an internal company baseline. Users with the Stakeholder role can only see assessments once they have been published to a portfolio they are assigned to. 

Assessments can be published to a portfolio from within the assessment or from the Carve Project Dashboard.

Stakeholder users can only see published assessments.

To publish to portfolio from the Carve Project Dashboard

1. From the Carve Project Dashboard, click on the name of the project containing the Assessment to publish. 
2. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Assessment name.
   
3. Select Publish. 
   
4. If you wish to change the portfolio to which this project is affiliated, click the down arrow to the right of the project name and select Edit.

      Once the Assessment is Published, it will be labelled as Posted instead of Created or Imported.

To publish to portfolio within an Assessment

1. After an Assessment review, the Facilitator will navigate to the Summary tab to review the final scores and input an Executive Summary.
   
2. Click Print to download the Summary Report.
   
3. A popup will appear asking if you would like to publish the Assessment. Click yes to publish to the portfolio.
