A project’s Construction Readiness Score is a single unified metric that is expressed as a percentage. It sums up the effect of all readiness factors together. The Construction Readiness Score provides a standardized measure of Construction Readiness that can be used to track progress of a project over time, or to monitor and compare readiness of projects in a portfolio of projects.
A Construction Readiness score of
- Less than 75% is a clear indicator of a project that is not ready for construction,
- A score of 75 – 85% is considered borderline, and
- A score of greater than 85% represents a construction-ready project.
