Scoring Commissioning & Operational Readiness Factors

Scoring Commissioning & Operational Readiness Factors

Each Commissioning & Operational Readiness factor will be scored as Yes, No, or N/A (Not Applicable). It is recommended that the factor answer be inputted after any applicable comments and action items have been answered.

Once a factor answer is selected, the window will automatically advance to the next active factor in the category, unless it is the last factor in the category. Any factor that has been excluded is automatically skipped.

Click Done to return to the Category dashboard.
