Turnaround Readiness Scoring
An event's turnaround readiness score is a single unified metric compared to a target score. These scores provide a standardized measure of readiness that can be used to track the progress toward an event over time, or to monitor and compare turnaround readiness toward events in a portfolio.
Turnaround readiness scores are evaluated based on the expected progress towards turnaround at the time of the assessment. Each category score is derived from the normalized and weighted scores of the factors within the category, which then are rolled up into the overall assessment's readiness score. Only factors applicable to the T-X assessment are included in the calculation. Factor applicability is described in
