Completing a TAR Assessment
The Assessment tab displays all assessment categories for the selected Event, along with scoring and readiness information.
Assessment Categories
Assessments can be filtered using the Show Categories drop-down menu:
- All Factors
- Unanswered Factors
The Overall Readiness Dial displays the score for the assessment.
- Green zone - score is greater than or equal to the target
- Red zone - score is below the target
- % Delta value below the dial
The Assessment Categories table includes:
- Category
- Factors Answered
- Previous Score (Months out)
- Current Score (Months out)
- Target Score - for current assessment
- Status
Category Scores
To view individual category score factors, click on the category of interest, and it will take you to the score factors page for that category.
Factors can be filtered using the Factors and Sub-Category drop-down menus. Factors that are not applicable for the current assessment appear greyed out but remain accessible, editable and will contribute to the score.
The Category Score Dial displays the current category score and % Delta value:
- Green zone - score is greater than or equal to the target
- Red zone - score is below the target
Category Factors table includes:
- Sub-Category
- Factor
- Comments
- Status
- Target Start
- Target Finish
- Findings
Hotspot factors are identified with a star. The Findings column displays the number of findings associated with each factor.
Click Done to return to the Assessment Categories list.
