CRA Summary Report

The Summary tab shows the overall Readiness Score, which will be included in the Summary Report.

Preparing the executive summary for a CRA session is a key task that the facilitator will complete after the session. Use the text box at the bottom of the Summary page to input an executive summary. From within the assessment, click the Summary tab. Use the formatting tool bar as required for text formatting. The tool bar includes rich text word processing tools providing facilitators the options of bulleted and numbered lists, indents, hyperlinks, and headings.

Once the Executive Summary is complete, select Print to download the Summary Report. 

The Assessment Summary Report contains the following sections:
  1. Assessment Details
  2. Executive Summary
  3. Overall Readiness Score Graph
  4. Readiness Chart
  5. Category Breakdown (including individual category scores and status compared to CII benchmark targets)
  6. Attendees
  7. Open Action Items
  8. Missing Factors (broken down by type – fundamental and readiness) and applicable factor comments
  9. Best Practices (relating to the missing factors of the user’s assessment)
From the downloaded report, click Print in the top right corner to select your printer and other printing options.
To print the Summary report with page numbers, you will need to enable Headers and Footers in your Print settings (usually found under “More Settings”.
