Create Findings

Findings can be created in three different ways within an assessment. 

Create a Finding from the Findings Page

  1. Navigate to the Findings page
  2. Click Create Finding
  3. Enter the finding details
  4. Click Save


Create a Finding from the Assessment Table 

  1. Navigate to the Assessment page 
  2. Locate the desired factor from within the Assessment Categories table 
  3. Select the + icon in the Findings column 
  4. Enter the finding details 
  5. Click Save 


Create a Finding from Facilitation Mode 

  1. Navigate to the Assessment page 
  2. Select the desired Category 
  3. Click the Factor name to enter Facilitation Mode 
  4. Select Findings > 
  5. Enter the finding details 
  6. Click Save
