Reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To reset MFA for a user with MFA enabled:
  1. From the Admin tab, select Users.
  2. Click on the desired user from the Manage Users list.
  3. Click the "Reset MFA" button at the bottom of the user page.
  4. On the next login, the user will be prompted to set up MFA.
Notes
The "Reset MFA" button only appears for users with MFA already enabled.
