Reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To reset MFA for a user with MFA enabled:
- From the Admin tab, select Users.
- Click on the desired user from the Manage Users list.
- Click the "Reset MFA" button at the bottom of the user page.
- On the next login, the user will be prompted to set up MFA.
The "Reset MFA" button only appears for users with MFA already enabled.
