Enter Commissioning & Operational Readiness Session Details

The first tab within a Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment is the Session Details. In this tab, enter the following information:
  1. Readiness Type (Only applicable to the COR V1.0 template. Select Overall or Transition Readiness from the dropdown menu. This determines the readiness scoring type used throughout the Assessment.)
  2. Commissioning Phase (pre-populated with the selected Commissioning Phase while creating the Assessment)
  3. Project Status
  4. Assessment Date (pre-populated with the selected Assessment Date while creating the Assessment)
  5. Facilitator (select from list of Carve Facilitator users. Depending on the assigned restrictions, Facilitators can only view/edit assessments to which they are assigned).
  6. Co-Facilitator 
  7. Project Manager (select from list of Carve Project Managers or type in the appropriate name. Depending on the assigned restrictions, Project Managers can only view assessments to which they are assigned).
  8. Construction Manager
  9. Commissioning Manager
Notes
The Readiness Type field is only available for the Commissioning & Operational V1.0 Template. Commissioning & Operational V2.0 always uses the 'Overall' readiness type.

The Facilitation Package will also be available to download from the Assessment Details screen. This package contains all of the factors that will be reviewed during the assessment. The downloaded PDF can be easily distributed to all attendees as an email attachment or as a printed copy.
