Assessors are the individuals who contribute to the completion of the turnaround readiness assessment. Adding assessors creates a record of who contributed to the assessment and allows for findings to be tracked to specific assessors.
Import Assessors
From the Assessors tab, click Import Assessors
Click Download Our Template to download the .CSV template file
Click Select File to upload the file containing the assessor information
Once a File is selected, click Import

Note: The completed file must be uploaded back into Carve in .csv format
Create an Assessor
Assessors can be created by selecting an active Carve user or manually entering assessor information.
To create an Assessor:
From the Assessors tab, select Create Assessor
Click into the Name field and select an active Carve user from the drop-down list to automatically populate the assessor details, or manually enter the assessor information
Complete or verify the following fields:
Name
Organization
Job Title
Contact Number
- Email
Click Save

Edit an Assessor
To edit Assessor information:
From the Assessors tab, select the drop-down arrow beside the Assessor name
Select Edit
Update the required fields
Click Save

Delete an Assessor
To delete an Assessor:
From the Assessors tab, select the drop-down arrow beside the Assessor name
Select Delete
Select OK to confirm deletion
