Export Assessments

Export Assessments as a .json File

To export an assessment as a .json file: 
  1. From the Carve Project Dashboard, click on the name of the project containing the assessment to publish. 
  2. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Assessment name. 
  3. Select Export.


      4. Open the downloaded .json file.

Export Element/Factor Details 

Element/factor details from a project assurance assessment can be pulled to show the element/factor, the assigned level/answer, the weighted score (PDRI only), the company average (PDRI only), the related action items, and the associated comments. To export the element details of a project as a .csv file:
  1. From the Carve Project Dashboard, click on the name of the project containing the assessment to publish. 
  2. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Assessment name. 
  3. Select Export Element Details. 

      4.  Open the downloaded .csv file. 

Admin users also have the ability to export data for all Assessments of a specific Template Type.
