Project Metrics Overview

Project Metrics Overview

The Metrics tab provides the ability to capture key performance indicators (KPIs) related to overall project success, such as
  1. Project Cost
  2. Schedule Duration
  3. Project Completion Date
  4. Change Order Value
  5. OSHA Recordable Incidents
  6. Contingency Amount
  7. Capacity Objectives
  8. Defects
This allows project teams to correlate their assessment scores with project performance metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.

The main window displays a summarized list of projects with key metrics data.

Clicking on the project name expands the project view to display any metrics associated with the project.
