Bulk Updating Factors

Bulk Updating Factors

The Bulk Update feature allows users to update multiple Factors within a category at the same time. Bulk Updates can be used to apply a Status, Follow Up Flag, and/or Comment to one or more selected factors.

Select Factors for Bulk Update 

  1. Navigate to the desired assessment category 
  2. Select the checkbox beside each factor to be updated 
  3. Once one or more factors have been selected, the Bulk Update button will appear 
Notes
Note: The checkbox at the top of the table can be used to select or clear all factors selected within the category. 


Apply a Bulk Update 

  1. Select Bulk Update 
  2. Enter the desired updates: 
    1. Status 
    2. Follow Up Flag (Flag or Unflag)
    3. Comments 
  3. Click Save 

Notes
Note: Comments entered during a Bulk Update are appended to existing comments. Status and Follow Up Flag Selections replace the current values on all selected factors. 
NotesNote: Milestone factors only support the statuses N/A, Complete, and Not Started. If Ahead, On-Time, or Behind is selected during a Bulk Update, milestone factors will not be updated. Unanswered milestone factors remain unanswered, and existing milestone statuses are retained.
