Using Follow Up Flags 

Follow Up Flags can be used to identify factors that require additional review or action. Follow Up Flags can be applied from either the Assessment Factor List or Facilitation Mode. 

Add a Follow Up Flag from the Assessment Factor List 

  1. Navigate to the desired assessment category 
  2. Locate the factor that requires follow-up 
  3. Select the Follow Up Flag icon beside the factor 


Add a Follow Up Flag from Facilitation Mode 

  1. Navigate to the desired assessment category
  2. Select the factor name to enter Facilitation Mode 
  3. Select the Follow Up Flag icon under the comments box 


Filter Follow Up Flags 

To display only factors marked for follow-up: 
  1. Within a category, select the Show filter drop-down menu 
  2. Select Follow Up
  3. The table displays only factors with a Follow Up Flag selected 

Notes
Note: Follow Up Flags are carried forward to subsequent assessments and remain associated with the factor until removed.
