Commissioning & Operational Readiness Summary Report

From within the assessment, select the Summary tab. The Summary tab contains the following items:
  1. Readiness dial. Depending on the Readiness Type selected on the Session Details page, the transition readiness or overall readiness will be displayed.
  2. Number of hot spots that have been answered as "No" within any of the categories up to and including the current Commissioning phase.
  3. Text box to input an executive summary. Preparing the executive summary for a Commissioning & Operational Readiness session is a key task that the facilitator will complete after the session. The formatting tool bar can be used for text formatting, and provides facilitators the options of bulleted and numbered lists, indents, hyperlinks, and headings. Use the Save button to save your progress as you write. 


Commissioning Summary Tab

Once the Executive Summary is complete, select Print to download the Summary Report. 

The Assessment Summary Report contains the following sections:
  1. Assessment Details
  2. Executive Summary
  3. Readiness Dial with number of Missing Hot Spots
  4. Readiness Chart
  5. Category Breakdown (including individual category scores and status compared to score targets)
  6. Attendees
  7. Open Action Items
  8. Missing Factors (broken down by type – fundamental and readiness) and applicable factor comments
From the downloaded report, click Print in the top right corner to select your printer and other printing options.
To print the Summary report with page numbers, you will need to enable Headers and Footers in your Print settings (usually found under “More Settings”).
