Steps to Closeout a Construction Readiness Assessment
After a Construction Readiness Assessment (CRA) has been completed, it is recommended that the facilitator complete the following steps:
- Create the CRA Summary Report. This report will communicate the results of the CRA to all relevant project stakeholders.
- Publish the assessment to the Portfolio. This allows for comparison between similar projects and helps generate an internal company baseline.
- Export Factor Details (Optional)
Assessments can also be viewed from the
Review Mode on the Carve Project Dashboard.
