Steps to Closeout a CRA Review

Steps to Closeout a CRA Review

After a CRA workshop has been completed, it is recommended that the facilitator complete the following steps:
  1. Create the CRA Summary Report. This report will communicate the results of the CRA session to all relevant project stakeholders.
  2. Publish the assessment to the Portfolio. This allows for comparison between similar projects and helps generate an internal company baseline.
  3. Export Factor Details (Optional)
Assessments can also be viewed from the Review Mode on the Carve Project Dashboard.
