Steps to Prepare for a Commissioning & Operational Assessment Workshop

Before leading a Commissioning & Operational Readiness workshop, it is recommended that the facilitator completes the following preparation steps:
  1. Create a new project for the Commissioning assessment. If a project already exists in Carve, locate the existing project. 
  2. Create a new Commissioning assessment.
  3. Complete the Session Details tab within the Commissioning assessment.
  4. Enter the expected workshop attendees within the Commissioning assessment.
