Steps to Prepare for a Commissioning & Operational Assessment Workshop
Before leading a Commissioning & Operational Readiness workshop, it is recommended that the facilitator completes the following preparation steps:
- Create a new project for the Commissioning assessment. If a project already exists in Carve, locate the existing project.
- Create a new Commissioning assessment.
- Complete the Session Details tab within the Commissioning assessment.
- Enter the expected workshop attendees within the Commissioning assessment.
