Steps to Prepare for a PDRI Workshop

Steps to Prepare for a PDRI Workshop

Carve’s facilitation steps are based on PDRI facilitation best practices from CII. Facilitators can either:
  1. Complete the entire facilitation process using Carve
  2. Use CII’s PDRI spreadsheet templates to collect assessment data and import into Carve
Before leading a PDRI workshop, it is recommended that the facilitator completes the following preparation steps:
  1. Create a new project for the PDRI assessment. If a project already exists in Carve, locate the existing project.
  2. Create a new PDRI assessment.
  3. Complete the Session Details tab within the PDRI assessment.
  4. Enter the expected workshop attendees within the PDRI assessment.
  5. If necessary, exclude elements from the list of PDRI elements that do not apply to your project.
