Setting Up and Managing your Carve Account

Once you have been set up as a user in Carve, you will receive an email with instructions for setting up your account.

Set up your account

  1. Look for the 'Welcome to Carve!' email in your inbox.
  2. Click the button to Activate your account.
  3. In the new window, enter the New Password, Confirm Password
  4. Click 'Set Password'. You will be redirected to the Login page.
  5. Sign in to Carve using the password you just created.

Change your password

  1. Navigate to your Profile page (click the dropdown arrow beside your name on the upper right side of the screen)
  2. Enter your old password.
  3. Enter your new password and confirm the new password.
  4. Click 'Change Password'.
  5. A message will appear to confirm that the password has been changed successfully.
Update your password from the Profile page.

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You can turn on multi-factor authentication for yourself to increase account security. When MFA is enabled, you will be required to enter a code from an authenticator app on each Carve login. To enable MFA:
  1. Navigate to your Profile page (click the dropdown arrow beside your name on the upper right side of the screen)
  2. Click the 'MFA Required' checkbox
  3. Follow the instructions to set up MFA.

Your company may require MFA to be enabled for all Carve users. If this is the case, you will not be able to deactivate MFA from your profile.
