Navigating Carve

Based on the user’s role, they will see the following menu items:
  1. Projects – the main project dashboard
  2. Analytics – to compare individual projects against the organization’s portfolio and industry benchmarks
  3. Admin – administrators can manage portfolios, users, templates, project status and score ranges

Main Menu

Account Navigation Menu 

In the top right corner, open the Account Navigation Menu to view: 
  1. Profile details - View your role, restrictions, and Multi-Factor Authentication settings 
  2. Company Details - View your Support and Subscription Admin, subscription expiry date, subscription edition, and registered Modules 
  3. Help page - Access Carve support articles and videos 
  4. About Carve  - View Valency Template Copyright and the Privacy Policy
  5. Sign Out 
  6. Region (US/Global or Europe)

Project Dashboard

The Project Dashboard is the default screen displayed when users log into Carve and lists all the projects available to the user. Every page displaying the Home icon  will direct the user back to this page when clicked

Analytics 

The Analytics section provide portfolio-level dashboards that help organizations identify trends, compare project performance, and monitor readiness across multiple projects.

Admin 

The Admin section is available to users with Admin permissions. These tools are used to configure Carve for your organization, including managing users, templates, portfolios, authentication settings, and scoring.
