Copy Attendees
To simplify the assessment setup process in projects where previous assessments of the same assessment type exist, Facilitators can choose to copy over the attendees from the previous assessment.
Attendees can only be copied between assessments of the same assessment type within the same project. For example, attendees cannot be copied from a PDRI assessment to a Commissioning & Operational Readiness assessment.
When creating a new assessment, select the option to copy attendees from the most recent assessment of the same assessment type for the project. By default, this option will be selected. If you do not wish to copy attendees, uncheck this box before creating the assessment.
By clicking Create, a new assessment is created with the Attendees tab populated with the Attendees from the previous assessment. From here, attendees can be edited and added as appropriate.
