Manage Action Items Overview

Action items are created during the facilitated Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI) Assessment, Construction Readiness Assessment (CRA), or Commissioning & Startup Readiness (CSU) Assessment during the element/factor review or from the Action Items tab. 

During an assessment, Carve users can:
  1. Create action items
  2. Edit action items
  3. Delete action items
After an assessment, Carve users can also:
  1. View action items
  2. Reorder action items
  3. Export action items
During subsequent assessments, facilitators can choose to copy action items from the previous assessment. This allows project teams to track the status of action items.
