Track the Status of Action Items
When creating or editing action items, the Status drop-down allows the user to set the status of the item to:
- Open
- Closed
- Cancelled
Capture Status of Action Item (drop-down field)
These Action Item statuses can be used to filter action items in the Action Item tab. The statuses appear in the exported Action Item document. Only open action items are shown in the Carve Summary Report.
On the Action Items tab, users can filter action items by Status.

The summary report will display Open Action Items.
