Steps to Prepare for a Construction Readiness Assessment

Before leading a Construction Readiness Assessment (CRA), it is recommended that the facilitator completes the following preparation steps:
  1. Search for an existing project in Carve. If an existing project is found, proceed to Step 3. 
  2. If there is no existing project in Carve, create a new project for the CRA. 
  3. Create a new CRA.
  4. Complete the Session Details tab within the CRA.
  5. Enter the expected attendees within the CRA.
