Steps to Prepare for a Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment
Before leading a Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment, it is recommended that the facilitator completes the following preparation steps:
- Search for an existing project in Carve. If an existing project is found, proceed to Step 3.
- If there is no existing project in Carve, create a new project for the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment.
- Create a new Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment.
- Complete the Session Details tab within the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment.
- Enter the expected attendees within the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment.
