Steps to Prepare for a Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment

Before leading a Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment, it is recommended that the facilitator completes the following preparation steps:
  1. Search for an existing project in Carve. If an existing project is found, proceed to Step 3. 
  2. If there is no existing project in Carve, create a new project for the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment. 
  3. Create a new Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment.
  4. Complete the Session Details tab within the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment.
  5. Enter the expected attendees within the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment.
