Access to Portfolios

Add User Restrictions

Company Admins can apply specific restrictions to Facilitator and Project Manager user accounts to manage access, safeguard data, and ensure users engage only with the projects and assessments relevant to their role.

Apply User Restrictions

  1. From the Admin tab, select Users.
  2. Select the user whose restrictions you'd like to update (must be a Project Manager or Facilitator User).
  3. Under the Restrictions section, check one or more of the available restriction options. Changes are saved automatically.

Restriction Options

Filter view to assigned projects
Only assessments where the user is assigned as Project Manager or Facilitator will be displayed. The assignment may occur at either the project level or the assessment level. If the user is assigned at the project level, all assessments within that project will be visible.

Restrict access to create and modify assessments
This restricts users to only create assessments in projects where they are assigned as the Facilitator. Additionally, users will only be able to modify assessments where they have been assigned as Facilitator on the assessments or for the overall project.

Cannot create or modify projects
Prevents the user from creating new projects or editing existing ones. Use this setting for users who participate in assessments or review information but should not alter overall project structure.
