How to Use Insights

How to Use Insights

From the Prepare mode of an Assessment, navigate to the Insights page.

Insights are generated according to the selected benchmarking comparisons and use imbedded expert logic to identify key outliers. AI summaries are created for each insight using the related comments and action items from the assessment. The "AI summary"  tag is used to highlight which insight descriptions have been generated using AI.

Please find an instructions box at the top of the Insights page. Click on the blue highlighted 'Instructions' to show or hide the basic steps on how to use Insights.
