How Company Averages are Calculated and Benchmarked
Carve calculates a Company Average to allow for comparison of a PDRI Assessment against an internal company baseline, as well as against CII benchmarks. Company Averages are calculated based on a company's published PDRI Assessments that use the same template at the same Project Gate (e.g., PDRI 2).
To add a project’s Assessment Score to the Company Average, it must be
“published" to a portfolio.
To exclude a project's Assessment Score from the Company Average, it must be excluded from Analytics. These functionalities are available to facilitator and admin users.
