Steps to Closeout a Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment
After a Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment has been completed, it is recommended that the facilitator completes the following steps:
- Create the Commissioning Summary Report. This report will communicate the results of the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment to all relevant project stakeholders.
- Publish the assessment to the Portfolio. This allows for comparison between similar projects and helps generate an internal company baseline.
Assessments can also be viewed from the
Review Mode on the Carve Project Dashboard.
